  1. You’re welcome! There’s more weight moving forward than moving to the side,
& that you’re using more quadriceps muscles in doing the lunge. When you do
both in slow pace, you’ll feel that the side step version actually puts
more pressure on the knees, especially on the sides. This makes it much
more dangerous, w/c is why I introduced the lunges first to strengthen the
muscles surrounding the knees. Glad you like it =D!

thank you for the training tips,For some strange reason, lunges ache and are
difficult,by side steps are better(or easier to do….)why?

I recently started training at a gym,so I will be more careful even about
doing the side ways walks. Can you post more videos how to strengthen the
    knees too?thanks.

ha ha XD! Which, I totally understand =D.

  10. Great exercise for quadricep strength and movement for agility and also how
to use stances for self defense. You are extremely fast at doing that not
only that but I watched the entire time and you are remarkable in the sense
that your head did not bob up and down at all. Great work and thank you for
    sharing. Thumbs up.

  11. Thanks, brother =D! I really wanted to cover as much ground as possible XD.
